Seeking an e-learning Business Development Executive to help build and grow a large base of clients across all industries. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of and a successful track record in sales of e-learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
*Making initial contact via telephone and meeting with potential clients as required
*Track and report on revenue forecasts, relationship development activity etc.
*Be able to talk confidently and knowledgeably about the effectiveness of bespoke e-learning and the use of different technologies and devices
*Attend shows and exhibitions as necessary
*Meet personal sales targets
*Prepare high quality proposals and tender documents
*Liaise and collaborate with the instructional designers, graphic designers and developers to develop proposed approaches and solutions
*Conduct presentations to client and prospects when appropriate
*Negotiate sales and close new business opportunities
*Effective hand over of projects to the Project Manager and development team
*Continuous development of a good relationship with the clients to develop repeat business

Candidate requirements
*A minimum of three years in consultative sales, selling bespoke e-learning solutions
*Have a thorough understanding of how bespoke e-learning is developed
*Have a strong understanding and genuine interest in the latest e-learning trends and technologies
*Demonstrated ability and experience meeting sales targets
*Have excellent client facing and telephone skills
*Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time well
*Good listening skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Proactive and able to work on own initiative
*A good team player with a positive attitude
*The ability to develop relationships quickly and to nurture relationships
*Experience writing excellent proposal and tender documents
*Ability to work collaboratively to develop solutions that address client’s specific needs
*A background originally in instructional design would be a potential advantage but is not essential
*Bachelors degree or equivalent.
